ART FOR THE SOUL 12-14 October 2019

ANN CLARKE

Drawing on a former career in Travel, Ann’s artwork is influenced by people, cultures, and the natural environment, and is characterised by her sensitive and light-filled approach to her subjects.  Her preferred medium is watercolours, but she also works in ink, oil, and acrylic paint.  Print-making and photography are also interests.

Ann is in demand as an art teacher in the Illawarra and tutors weekly classes at Levers in Wollongong, & at Red Point in Port Kembla. She also conducts regular workshops for Wollongong Art Gallery.

ANNETTE GOLDEN

Annette is inspired by the symbolism and imagery generated by nature, the beauty of the human form and our interactions with the world around us.

Annette is particularly influenced by the intricacy and complexity of colour, pattern, line and form in art and music and the synergies between these two powerful forms of expression. Annette’s work is represented in a number of private collections in Australia.
