After leaving the Illawarra region 30 odd years ago, STEPH BOLT is returning with an exhibition at the CLIFTON SCHOOL of ARTS.
Bolt is a practising artist & also facilitates art workshops on the island of Skopelos in Greece. She attained a Master of Fine Art with Distinction from RMIT in Melbourne & a Diploma of Applied Arts – Graphic Design from CIT in Canberra after studying Fine Art at West Wollongong Tafe.
She is a recipient of 2 Australia Council for the Arts Grants, exhibits internationally & has completed artists residencies in Australia, Europe & Asia. Her work is held in public & private collections throughout the world.
Photography, travel & colour are her obsessions. Bolt’s work focuses on the everyday rituals of life, finding the profound in the ordinary & humour in the routine.
Her solo exhibition CHROMATOPIA is on at the CLIFTON SCHOOL of ARTS from 23rd February until 3rd March, 2019.
More information about her work can be found online at www.stephbolt.com
